CCRES would like to congratulate Mike Grigalonis on his new position, President and COO of the Chester County Economic Development Council!

Mike is a valuable member of our Board at CCRES and brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to our leadership team. Mike started as a graduate intern at the CCEDC while completing his MBA from Villanova and quickly was hired and promoted 5 years later to COO. He has spearheaded many important and successful projects including the establishment of the Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Strategic Plan that supports businesses in Coatesville through the 190 West Business Resource Center. He also developed a micro loan program for minority and women-owned businesses and launched a pilot program called New Business Champions, which helps develop small businesses.

We are so thankful to have Mike as an advocate for CCRES and wish him all the best in his new role.
