Mr. Matthew Przywara, B.A., M.B.A., C.P.A.
Executive Director

Visionary. Engaging. Empowering. Inclusive. These qualities define Matthew Przywara’s leadership as he leads CCRES as the Executive Director. With over 20 years of experience in public education, Mr. Przywara has consistently championed equitable access to quality education, driving improvements for students, families, and educators across Pennsylvania.

Before joining CCRES, Mr. Przywara served as the Assistant Superintendent and the Chief of Finance & Operations for the School District of Lancaster, where he led significant initiatives in human resources, finance, operations, student achievement, athletics, and safety.

Mr. Przywara’s leadership extends beyond district-level achievements. He has been instrumental in state-level advocacy for systemic educational reform, ensuring that every student has the resources and opportunities to succeed. His hands-on approach and financial acumen have guided districts through complex challenges, including balancing multi-million-dollar budgets and leading extensive school renovation projects.

Mr. Przywara holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Elon University, an MBA from West Chester University, and is a Certified Public Accountant. He and his wife, Kim, are proud parents of four children, all of whom are pursuing or have completed their education in public schools in Pennsylvania.

Joseph A. Vaillancourt, M.B.A.

Joe Vaillancourt’s Human Resource management experience extends over 25 years. He has earned the distinction of Senior Professional in Human Resources. Joe holds an MBA from West Chester University and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from the University of Southern Maine. Prior to joining CCRES in 2004, he was the Human Resources Manager for 6 years at the Devereux Kanner Center in West Chester, Pennsylvania and the Coordinator of Devereux Industries for 2 years at the Devereux Whitlock Center in Devon, Pennsylvania. Preceding his experience in Pennsylvania, Joe was the Executive Director for 2 years at the Center for Independent Living in Palm Beach County, Florida.

Keara joined CCRES in 2017 as an HR Recruiter before transitioning to Human Resources Manager.  Prior to CCRES, she spent nearly four years in administrative support recruiting and deploying staff to support individuals with disabilities. Following this experience, she transitioned to recruiting nurses and nursing assistants in the long-term health care field. Keara is a graduate of Kutztown University with a degree in English Literature and Language. She obtained her SHRM-CP (The Society for Human Resources Certified Professional) in 2022,SHRM Inclusive Workplace Culture Specialty Credential in 2023, and Human Resources Manager Certification (HRMC) in 2024.

Kara joined CCRES in 2013 as an Instructional Assistant before transitioning to the HR administrative team. In 2021, Kara began her new role as Business Office Generalist and progressed to Payroll and Benefits Coordinator in 2023. Prior to that, she spent over seven years as an HR Generalist in the manufacturing industry. She has a B.S. Degree in Business Administration and a Certificate in Human Resources Management from Widener University.

Jennifer Hernandez, P.T., D.P.T.

Jen joined CCRES in 2022 having worked in a variety of business roles during her career including recruitment, marketing, agency development and executive leadership within the school based therapy industry. She has previously worked as a physical therapist with adults and children totaling 26 years combined clinical and management experience. She has a B.S. in Psychology, M.S. in PT and Clinical Doctorate Degree in PT, all from Arcadia University.

​Thuy Yancey, Coordinator of Recruitment, joined CCRES in 2013. Her recruitment and staffing experience extends over 15 years, primarily focused in the behavioral health and education field. She is a graduate from West Chester University with a degree in criminal justice . Thuy achieved her SHRM (The Society for Human Resources) Certified Professional credential in 2017.

Mercy Alex

Mercy joined CCRES in 2018 providing support for a student in the school based setting. Mercy has experiences working with children and youth in various capacities, including the classroom and community. In early 2022, Mercy had the opportunity to support the billing staff at H&CS. Mercy joined the HR recruitment team in September 2022 and is excited to learn new skills and grow in this role. Mercy holds a BS in Business Administration from SUNY at New Paltz with a minor in Management Psychology.

Kathy joined CCRES in 2015. Prior to CCRES, she worked for seven years as a recruiter/HR representative for a home health care agency, in addition to 12 years in the financial industry. Kathy holds a Bachelor of Science in Consumer Affairs with a concentration in Business from the Indiana University of Pennsylvania.

Ashley joined CCRES in June 2023 and has been recruiting since 2021. She earned a B.S. from Penn State University in Human Development & Family Studies, with a minor in Labor & Employment Relations. Prior to recruiting, she worked in technology sales.

Allison joined CCRES in 2018 as a Registered Behavior Technician providing support to students in the school setting. In 2019, Allison transitioned into the HR office as an Administrative Support and moved into the HR Recruiter role in 2020. While Allison enjoyed her time working in the field providing direct services to students with special ne​eds, she has welcomed the opportunity to continue to support clients in an indirect way by identifying wonderful support staff to enable client success in the school, home, and community setting. Allison is a graduate of West Chester University with a degree in Psychology.

Jennifer has worked in the education world since 2013 as an English Language Arts Teacher and administrator, including 7 years of experience in Mexico. Jen began her recruiting journey in 2019 as a recruiter for a school she was working for in Mexico. She has a B.A. from Liberty University and enjoys watching others succeed!

Kristin graduated from the University of Delaware with a BS in Elementary Education. She began working for CCRES as a Personal Care Assistant in 2018 and moved into an administrative role as a Recruiter in 2021. Kristin has extensive experience working in early childhood education and administrative experience in childcare management. Kristin enjoys making a difference for the children CCRES supports by staffing quality individuals for their needs.

Taryn joined the CCRES administrative team in 2021 and transitioned into the role of Recruiter in 2023.  She started her career in Human Resources and Recruiting before becoming a teacher. Taryn worked for more than 15 years in the field of Education as a teacher and administrator. She has her Masters Degree in Education from the University of Pennsylvania and her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Delaware.

Dee joined CCRES in July 2024 as a Payroll Specialist. Her financial and accounting experience extends over the span of 13 years. As of 2014 she graduated from Goldey – Beacom College, earning a bachelor’s degree in Accounting.

Pattie Richards, B.S.

Pattie officially joined the Administrative Office at CCRES in 2023 as a part time accountant, though she has assisted CCRES with processing their payroll since 2018. Prior to that, Pattie had been involved in teaching for over 20 years in a multitude of environments, age groups, and disciplines.  She has a B.S. in Economics from University of Nevada, Reno.

Molly joined the CCRES team in 2022, working as a paraprofessional in Charles F. Patton Middle School before she joined the administration staff as a Human Resource Administrative Staff in 2024. She went to The Clarkson Early College before graduating from Southern New Hampshire University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology. She has worked in various direct care positions for four years with numerous populations and is excited to be supporting the community through her new role.

Alyssa joined CCRES in 2017.  Her previous experience includes customer service and administrative positions. She also has two and half years of experience working in child care. Alyssa completed her Associates Degree in Psychology at Delaware County Community College.

Tamill (Millie) Monroe

Millie joined the CCRES team as a Personal Care Assistant (PCA) two years ago, working in an autistic support class in Caln Elementary School, before joining our administrative office as a Human Resources Administrator in June of 2023. She was born and raised in Coatesville PA and is a Coatesville Area High School graduate. Prior to joining CCRES, Millie worked as a CNA at multiple nursing homes and hospitals. She continues to work as a CNA when not at CCRES.

Jessica joined CCRES in an HR Administrative Support position in 2023. Prior to joining CCRES, Jessica was a Registered Behavior Technician providing support to clients in the school, home, and community settings. Jessica enjoyed providing direct support for both her clients and their families, and now can further this process in an indirect way by supporting staff to promote progress and success for client needs. Jessica is a graduate of Penn State University with a degree in Human Development and Family Studies.

Jean holds a B.S. in Liberal Studies with a Minor Degree in Public Administration from West Chester University.  Jean also holds a Certificate in Human Resources Management from Villanova University. Prior to joining the CCRES team, Jean worked in local government in various capacities related to the area of human resources and administration.
